Not only did she win an award, she kicked off the show with a dramatic arrangement of Here which led into a high octane performance of Wild Things.

Walk Off The Earth wins Group of The Year

Winning Group of The Year – Walk Off The Earth! Justin Bieber, who was awarded but could not attend,, was recently covered by Walk Off The Earth.

Shawn Hook performs Sound Of Your Heart

British Columbia’s Shawn Hook delivered an excellent performance.  His pop-infused hit Sound of Your Heart is definitely worth checking out if you missed it!


Dear Rouge wins Breakthrough Group of The Year

Death From Above 1979 wins Rock Album of the Year

Death From Above 1979’s epic album The Physical World won the top Rock award.

Burton Cummings is inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame

Manitoba’s Burton Cummings is a phenomenal rock musician with an extensive career full of great song writing. Cummings’ iconic sound on classic tracks such as American Woman and These Eyes are a testament to his talent as a rock vocalist.
